Payment data: our processor handles the card; we only store your subscription status. We never see the full number.

To support you, bill your plan and tell you about important service changes.

We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

The AI providers we send your prompts to in order to get the answers.

The services that keep the platform running: hosting, database and payment processor.

Nobody else, unless legally required.

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account by writing to hola@checkmark.to.

Deleting your account removes your brands, prompts, answers and reports; we keep only the accounting records the law requires.
