Checkmark queries AI assistants with the prompts you define, stores the answers, and shows you analysis and content suggestions.

Answers come from third-party systems and change over time. They are a point-in-time measurement, not a guarantee of results.

You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your access secure.

You must have the right to use the brand and domain you analyse.

Don't use Checkmark for unlawful activity, to impersonate another brand, or to attempt to overload the service.

Plans are monthly or yearly in US dollars and are charged in advance through our payment processor.

Each plan includes limits on brands, prompts, checks and content. When you reach them you can upgrade.

You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period and started periods are not prorated.

Your data and reports are yours. Checkmark's software, brand and design are ours.

The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, and our liability is limited to what you paid in the last twelve months.

We may update these terms; if a change is material we'll email you before it takes effect.
